I would tell them it's a great place to live. We have great neighbors who are very friendly. Management is excellent and very helpful.

It is clean and safe. I enjoy the amentities that are offered. The staff is great! The grounds are always clean and look wonderful!

Quite, peaceful, close to everything

Park Club is a nice townhouse community with a friendly office staff. My family feels comfortable and worry free living here. We appreciate the design of the townhouse and the amenities available to us. The location is great with access to just about anything you need close to home.

Very Nice spacious townhomes. Enough grass area for kids to play on. Great pool. Office staff is friendly and quick to answer questions. Maintenance is nice and there to help when something needs fixed. Quiet community. Only issue is walls are not sound proof enough, I can hear my neighbors too clearly(walking around, talking, etc..)...even when they are flushing toilets and running water. All in all though I really love staying at Park Club.
